Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hearthandharvin@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at hearthandharvin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
